Andrew is an Environmental Scientist currently studying for his Master of Environment in Environmental Protection at Griffith University. He is particularly interested in climate change adaptation and biodiversity conservation. Andrew is passionate about environmental education and believes community engagement must play a significant role in preserving Australian ecosystems.

About the Project

Moreton Bay is located on the East Coast of Australia, approximately 45km from Brisbane, Queensland. Moreton Bay is positioned where the warm tropical waters of the North meet with cooler temperate waters of the south. These factors combined with the large influx of freshwater from Brisbane river, gives rise to a wide variety of ecosystems existing all in the one area, rich in productivity and marine life.
